DELIBERATE AND CONSIDER ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

1. Minutes of previous Commissioners’Court meetings.
2. Departmental reports.
3. Terry McFall to discuss Emergency Watershed Program.
4. Burn ban for Newton County.
5. Authorize Newton County Sheriff Department to dispose of two vehicles.
6. Change County Road 3116 to a Private Road in Precinct 4.
7. Authorize County Treasurer to notify Newton County employees who are indebted to the county.
8. Interlocal Agreement between County of Newton and Sabine River Authority of Texas for Phase II of the HMGP project.
9. Lease Agreement between Newton County Fair Association, Inc. and Newton County.
10. Accept statement and oath for Sheriff’s Department.
11. Resolution to Enact HB 1114.
12. Continuing education certification.
13. Newton County Public Facility Corporation Arbitrage Rebate Analysis on Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2002.

Pursuant to the authority granted under Government Code, Chap. 551 Commissioners’ Court may convene a closed session to discuss any of the above agenda items.
