DELIBERATE AND CONSIDER ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

1. Minutes of previous Commissioners’ Court meetings.
2. Departmental reports.
3. Accept Newton County Emergency Services District 4 Audit and Budget.
4. Accept appointment on Fire Commissioners for Newton County Emergency Services District 4.
5. Lease Agreement between Newton County and Donald “Pee Wee” Y’Barbo.
6. Newton County Extension office to purchase a copier.
7. Authorize County Treasurer to open new checking account for Debt Service.
8. Accept appointment on Fire Commissioners for Newton County Emergency Services District 3.
9. Project agreement between Newton County and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) for removal and disposal of storm debris in Precinct 4.
10. Response to Management Letter of Comment from Newton County Annual Audit for 2008.
11. Accept bonds for reserve deputies.
12. Home Care and Hospice Month Proclamation.

Pursuant to the authority granted under Government Code, Chap. 551 Commissioners’ Court may convene a closed session to discuss any of the above agenda items.
