DELIBERATE AND CONSIDER ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

1. Minutes of previous Commissioners’ Court meetings.
2. Departmental reports.
3. Metro Planning to present update on Mitigation Phase II buy out and Grant Applications.
4. Set Holidays.
5. Order designating day of week on which court will convene in a regular term.
6. Accept statement of appointment and oath.
7. Renew Property Lease between Reba Candice Cooper and Precinct 4 to store materials.
8. Appoint representative for forestry and agricultural interest to the Board of Directors for Southeast Texas Groundwater Conservation District.
9. Continuing education certification.
10. Payment of bills.
11. Other business.
12. Adjourn.

Pursuant to the authority granted under Government Code, Chap. 551 Commissioners’ Court may convene a closed session to discuss any of the above agenda items. Immediately before any closed session, the specific section or sections of Government Code, Chap. 551 that provide statutory authority will be announced.
