- Present Distinguished Service Award Certificate to NewtonCounty Historical Commission.
- Resolution Authorizing the filing of a grant application with DETCOG for a Regional Solid Waste
Grants Program.
- Accept Audit and Budget for Newton County Emergency Services District 3.
- Copier Maintenance Agreement with Innovative Office Systems.
- Selection of Request for Proposals for NewtonCounty Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.

Pursuant to the authority granted under Government Code, Chap. 551 Commissioners’ Court may
convene a closed session to discuss any of the above agenda items. Immediately before any
