  1. Minutes of previous Commissioners’ Court meeting.
  2. Departmental reports.
  3. Present Distinguished Service Award Certificate to NewtonCounty Historical Commission.
  4. Resolution Authorizing the filing of a grant application with DETCOG for a Regional Solid Waste Grants Program.
  5. Accept Audit and Budget for Newton County Emergency Services District 3.
  6. Copier Maintenance Agreement with Innovative Office Systems.
  7. Selection of Request for Proposals for NewtonCounty Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.
  8. Authorize to advertise Request for Proposals for Emergency Disaster Recovery Package.
  9. Approve bond, statement, oath and deputation.
  10. National Crime Victims’ Rights Week Proclamation.
  11. Correctional Finance & Consulting Solutions to present Monitoring report for the year ended December 31, 2009, for the NewtonCountyCorrectionalCenter.

Pursuant to the authority granted under Government Code, Chap. 551 Commissioners’ Court may convene a closed session to discuss any of the above agenda items. Immediately before any closed session, the specific section or sections of Government Code, Chap. 551 that provide statutory authority will be announced.
