DELIBERATE AND CONSIDER ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

1.       Minutes of previous Commissioners’ Court meetings.

2.       Departmental reports.

3.       Fiscal year 2011 Texas SAVNS Maintenance Grant contract renewal between Office of the Attorney General (OAG) and NewtonCounty.

4.       Appriss Service Agreement renewal for Texas VINE-Victime Information and Notification everyday with Sheriff’s Dept. between Appriss and NewtonCounty.

5.       Newton County Public Library board appointment.

6.       Community Wildfire Protection Plan Resolution.

7.       Tax Assessor/Collector to waive penalty and interest on account #544004600.

8.       Authorize to advertise Request for Bids to sell vehicles in PCT. 1.

9.       Payment of bills. 

10.   Other business.

11.   Adjourn.

Pursuant to the authority granted under Government Code, Chap. 551 Commissioners’ Court may convene a closed session to discuss any of the above agenda items. Immediately before any closed session, the specific section or sections of Government Code, Chap. 551 that provide statutory authority will be announced.
