2.      Discussion of Fiscal Year 2010 CDBG Program with Waxman & Associates.

3.      Request to receive unclaimed money for NewtonCounty from an Electric Cooperative by the Comptroller.

4.      Selection of Request for Bids to sell vehicles in PCT. 1.

5.      Initial communication with Auditors.

6.      UpdateNewtonCounty Personnel Policy Manual.

7.      Payment of bills.

8.      Other business.

9.      2011 Budget workshop.

Pursuant to the authority granted under Government Code, Chap. 551 Commissioners’ Court may convene a closed session to discuss any of the above agenda items. Immediately before any closed session, the specific section or sections of Government Code, Chap. 551 that provide statutory authority will be announced.
